LAHORE QALANDARS captain Mohammad Hafeez has revealed what he thinks of his side’s squad ahead of the start of the Pakistan Super League.
Lahore Qalandars kick off the PSL on Thursday when they face Islamabad United in Dubai.
The Qalandars have struggled in the previous three editions of the tournament, finishing bottom on each occasion.
Hafeez likes the look of how his team are shaping up ahead of the start against Islamabad.
AB De Villiers retired from Test duty last year and will play for Lahore Qalandars in the PSL.
“Our team combination is very good,” he told Geo News.
“The think tank of Lahore Qalandars have done a good job in picking players.
“I’m sure all the players will give their best and deliver according to expectations and provide Qalandars fans something to cheer about, something they have been missing.
“As a player, I will try to give my maximum and make every effort to make the team victorious.”
